Carren is well-versed in working within a large, cross-functional team to ensure alignment on various organizational goals and regularly interfaces with multiple departments. She enjoys managing well-plotted spreadsheets, Gantt charts and lists — not only because it represents order, but also a meeting of many minds. Most of all, she simply enjoys the company of others and appreciates each individual’s unique perspective and story.
Carren’s career has always been spent working effectively in teams. While at Unilever Philippines, she led ideation and execution of brand experiences for Dove, Vaseline Lotion and Pond's at the retail level across 7,107 islands.
